        Sierra Ambulance Service employs Full Time and Per-Diem EMTs and Paramedics and operates 7 ambulances from 3 stations. Our service area includes the communities of Oakhurst, Ahwahnee, Bass Lake, North Fork, Coarsegold, Yosemite Lakes, Raymond, Fish Camp, O Neals, and portions of Yosemite National Park and the Sierra National Forest; over 1,000 square miles in all. 
        Sierra is unique in that we are a non-profit organization owned by the community. We have the fortune of re-investing our revenue back into the community and our staff. 
        Sierra invests in its employees by purchasing all modular ambulances, Zoll X series monitors, Stryker “Lucas” Auto-CPR devices, Stryker Auto-Loader gurney systems, and several other things designed to improve worker safety and ease the workload.
